How to make 1 layer or 2 layers or 3 layers plastic sheets?There is a distributor on the extrusion. If it is a twin-screw extruder and you want to make 1 layer of plastic sheets, turn off the small screw. If you want to make 2 layers of plastic sheets, turn on both screws and turn off the distributor. If you want to make a 3 layers of plastic sheets, open both screws and distributors.
